I designed it because the people around me were spending their days on work an agent handles well, and because everything written about these tools assumes the reader is a developer.

An agent is not a chatbot. It runs in a directory, reads and writes real files, and forgets everything between sessions. So the job is not writing clever prompts. It is leaving the right things in the directory for it to find: house rules in AGENTS.md, reference material, a plan and a logbook so long jobs survive, written procedures, and connections to systems outside the directory. That is what the handbook covers, with four walkthroughs to do, a prompt sheet to keep open, and a complete example workspace to copy.

English and Czech, CC BY 4.0, and the whole thing reads online as one page.
